Welcome to Ms. Krish Financials (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital education platform offering financial literacy, market insights, and investment training led by Chandril Ray. By accessing or using our services, you (“user,” “subscriber,” or “aspirant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before enrolling in any program.
All payments are processed through RBI-compliant gateways following the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007. This includes secure encryption, OTP-based authentication, and PCI-DSS compliance.
All course prices are in INR and include applicable GST as per Government regulations.
Refund requests must be emailed to support@chandrilray.com within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be processed after this period.
Disputes must be reported to our support team first. Raising disputes externally without contacting us may lead to temporary suspension from the Platform.
We collect only essential information such as name, email, and transaction ID, in compliance with the IT Rules 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (when enforced).
We do not store sensitive data like card numbers or CVVs. All such data is handled by RBI-approved payment gateways.
By registering, you consent to the use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Users must act with integrity and professionalism across all Platform activities.
All communication with Chandril Ray and fellow learners must remain respectful. Violations will result in removal from the Platform.
All course content is for enrolled users only. Redistribution or sharing is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Only authorized users may offer investment advice. Unauthorized financial advice is prohibited under SEBI/AMFI regulations.
Users engaging in fraud, identity misuse, or illegal solicitation will be reported to authorities and permanently banned.
All content including videos, materials, templates, and tools are the intellectual property of Ms. Krish Financials and/or Chandril Ray. Unauthorized use is a copyright violation.
No spam, unsolicited advertising, or self-promotion is allowed on the Platform without explicit authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws. Serious breaches may lead to legal consequences.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
